Last updated: March 4, 2026
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Plask ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
The Service is operated by Plask ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms apply to all users of the Service, whether on a free or paid plan.
2. Service Description
Plask is a software-as-a-service platform that connects to your Google Analytics 4 properties to provide:
- A unified dashboard displaying key metrics across your GA4 properties.
- Automated anomaly detection using statistical analysis to identify significant changes in your analytics data.
- AI-generated weekly digest summaries of your analytics trends and performance.
- Email notifications for detected anomalies and weekly summaries (available on paid plans).
The Service requires you to authenticate with your Google account and grant read-only access to your Google Analytics data.
3. Account Terms
- You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and any activity that occurs through your Analytics Dashboard account.
- You must not use the Service for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by these Terms.
- One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.
- You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to access the Google Analytics properties you connect to the Service.
4. Subscription Plans & Pricing
4.1 Free Plan
The Free plan includes up to 2 connected GA4 properties and in-app anomaly alerts. No payment information is required.
4.2 Pro Plan
The Pro plan is available at $9.00 per month or $79.00 per year (equivalent to approximately $6.58/month, saving approximately 27%). Pro includes up to 10 connected GA4 properties, email alerts, and AI-powered weekly digests.
4.3 Billing
All payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selected billing cycle). Prices are in US dollars and do not include applicable taxes, which may be added at checkout based on your location.
4.4 Price Changes
We reserve the right to change our pricing. If we change pricing for an existing subscription, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before the new price takes effect. You may cancel your subscription before the price change takes effect.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
5.1 Cancellation
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time through the billing settings in your dashboard. Upon cancellation, your Pro features remain active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the Free plan.
5.2 Refunds
We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel a monthly subscription, you will not be charged for subsequent months. If you cancel an annual subscription, your Pro access continues until the end of the annual period.
5.3 Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your account at any time. Account deletion is permanent and will remove all your data including connected properties, stored metrics, alerts, and digests. Any active subscription will be cancelled. This action cannot be undone.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or systems connected to the Service.

7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, features, and content, is owned by Plask and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose during the term of your account.
Your analytics data remains your property. We claim no ownership over the data you access through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service functionality (dashboard display, anomaly detection, digest generation).
8. Data & Privacy

9. Service Availability & Disclaimers
9.1 Availability
We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
9.2 Data Accuracy
Analytics data displayed in the Service is sourced from the Google Analytics Data API. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data. 10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANALYTICS DASHBOARD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Reasons for termination include, but are not limited to, violation of these Terms or the acceptable use policy.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law.
12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, providing additional notice (such as email notification). Your continued use of the Service after the revised Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
13. Governing Law
